Evergreen Childminding Fees Policy...

Our fees are very reasonable and may vary. All children full or part time pay full two weeks deposit, which is non-refundable.

When your child is leaving you must give a months notice, during this last month you will only have to pay for two weeks (as your initial deposit will be used to cover two weeks).

If a month notice is not given I'm afraid your money cannot be refunded. We charge half price if your children/child is ill for over a week, however a medical note from the doctors is required.

Full fees must be paid for children/child going on holiday. Payments must be in on Mondays or Fridays except for parents/carers who pay monthly.

If fees are not paid children/child will not be admitted and the space will be given to another child (I apologise if this sounds harsh, but it is experience that governs such action).
