Mum at 17

by Terri Marie
(Leeds)

I am a mum at seventeen and when I had my baby I thought it was the best day of my life to be honest with you and my boyfriend has always said to me.

I am going to be here for you and I will never let you down and once I gave birth he said to me I am never ever going to let you down, so my baby's name is Ellie Mai and she is 3 months old.

I would like to spread the word to all the young teenages out there wait till you are ready for a baby and can afford it as well.

I was a mum at 16 with a beautiful baby boy who is 4 now. Time goes so fast. He doesn't know who is father is - fathers choice and thats ok.
Keep doing what you're doing, its hard, you will cry and get angry and frustrated and mad but you will also feel unconditional love, laughter and learn patience. Good luck darl :-)
